Real Raw Self Expression means straight from my heart.  It means I type and then hit the “publish” button.  It means it might not be perfect.  It means that I might even go back later and be embarrassed that I shared it.  But I want to anyway. Because I exist and I want to share my voice.  I also want you to know me.  ALL of me.  Even the dark stuff.

We are all hurt and insecure, even when we are sharing our wisdom and smiling faces on social media.  We are not one or the other.  We are everything.  And we are all okay just the way we are.
