Dear everyone,

We ALL have love on Valentine’s Day!

Now before you get angry and throw your chocolates at the computer screen (and I understand, I have been there!), please allow me to explain!

LOVE is our very essence.  It flows swiftly and strongly throughout us at ALL times.  It IS us and we are it.  And so, we can never be without it!

I know that sometimes we are at a place where it’s hard to understand this and we don’t really feel it.  I very much know this place and these feelings but I just want to share some truth with you today, on this special day of love!

So let me say this again!  LOVE IS ALWAYS HERE!  We just need to tap into it and ALLOW it to flow!

Also, there is no right kind or wrong kind of love.  And every love is really the same love, we just EXPRESS it in different ways!

• Romantic love
• Friend love
• Family love
• Self love

See that one there at the bottom of the list?  That is where ALL of the loves TRULY blossom from!  So really, your love-relationship with yourself should be #1!!!

Why not cultivate it TODAY?  I mean, it IS Valentine’s Day and that means that there is more love going around than usual!  This is just because we create what we focus on and on this day, more people are centered on love!  And that is why this day is such an amazing opportunity for each of us and for the whole planet!  Love heals!

So whether you are spending the day with your significant other, family, friends, or flying totally solo I sure hope you will spend it in LOVE!

I am going to go do the same!

And of course before I go, I want to tell you all that I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!  And I hope you can feel all of my love that I am sending to you right now in big, warm, cuddly waves!!!!  SO MUCH LOVE!!!
