Fall, Cantaloupe Smoothies and Healing Services

Hi there everyone 🙂

So, it has been fall for a little over a month now. The funny thing about fall is that it usually only seems to be about a month or so long around these parts! At least the pretty part, that is. After that, there are mostly bare trees for quite some time and then snow typically comes before it is technically over.

However, the beautiful part sure is breathtaking, and one of my favorite times a year. Probably my favorite other than summer. 🙂

Yay! Those pictures are from yesterday. It was a gorgeous day!

Another thing that I did yesterday was make this smoothie:

It is a cantaloupe smoothie! I know it is kind of random and not super fall-esque but that is just what was going on yesterday! And oh, my it was yummy! So for all you cantaloupe lovers out there (I LOVE cantaloupe), I will give you the recipe. I actually didn’t measure anything so these amounts are a guess but this is SUPER-simple and you could just add until it comes out right for you!

Cantaloupe Smoothie:

4 cups cantaloupe
1/3 cup water
4 ice cubes

Blend in a blender, pour into a lovely glass and enjoy!

That simple! This recipe of course is 100% vegan, raw and gluten-free, seeing as it is basically just fruit! I love the simplicity of nature! 🙂
